This is an excellent machine. The construction and build design is first class and so very easy to assemble and get up and running. Accuracy is excellent as well and matches what you would expect from a much more expensive machine. Ten out of ten for SainSmart for producing a first class product

Just received. Outboxing and assembled in a while. Connected to power supply and tested xyz stepper motors, linear moving, probe... etc. Thanks to the offline controller. All is working as expected.

Excellent mechanical quality, no doubt. And easy assembly! However, unit arrived faulty, i.e. I was unable to move Z-axis! Which can happen. Received a replacement controller quite speedy. However, the replacement controller was faulty as well, it did not detect any end/limit switches. This time waiting time was considerable longer, but a new controller eventually arrived and I now have a working unit. Let's hope the controller will last, having had that many failures don't fill me with confidence though. Additionally, Sainsmart have lost two customers who followed my experience and have decided against the purchase of a Sainsmart unit.
